Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Highmoon Works Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on Train Fondo (trainfondo.com and related applications). It works alongside our Privacy Policy. By "cookies" we include small files stored on your device and similar technologies such as local storage.
What we use, and what we do not
We keep this deliberately minimal. In the app and while you are signed in, we use only strictly-necessary cookies and browser storage that keep you signed in and remember your basic preferences. On our public marketing site we also use privacy-configured Google Analytics, but only if you accept it: it is off by default, we ask first with a cookie banner, and we honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a decline. We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.

Strictly necessary cookies and storage do not require consent and cannot be turned off, because the service relies on them.
Analytics (marketing site only)
On our public marketing site we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. It is off by default and runs only if you accept it through our cookie banner. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a decline. Analytics is configured without advertising signals, and we keep all fitness and health data out of it. Google Analytics does not run inside the signed-in app — only on the public marketing pages. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Managing cookies
You can change your analytics choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings, though blocking strictly-necessary cookies may stop the service from working.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
